Abstract
This paper discusses several large, influential churches that may be considered model churches because they have influenced a vast section of our nation. These include Calvary Temple of Denver (Charles Blair), First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana (Jack Hyles), Thomas Road Bapist Church, Lynchburg, Virginia (Jerry Falwell), Grace Community Church, Panorama City, California (John McArthur), Yoido Full Gospel Church, Seoul, Korea (David Yonggi Cho), and Willow Creek Community Church, South Barrington, Illinois (Bill Hybels).
