Summary
Leadership is an multifaced phenomenon that must be studied at the intersection of micro- and macro-theorizing. The study of leadership can take place through the lens of memories, ancient texts, or through a multifaceted observation of modern social phenomena. The book has several chapters. The authors argue that depending on what will be included in the research interest, appropriate research methods should be used – historical research, literature review, exegetical analysis of the text, questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions, case-study, etc. This book can be used as a textbook. It presents both the description of several methods in leadership research as well as the research papers written by leadership researchers.
