Summary

Description: The Seminar in Missiology meets each Wednesday morning, 8:15 – 9:30 am, with the full ESJ School faculty and all graduate students who are enrolled in the ThM, DMiss, and PhD programs. This is a required course that students attend throughout the academic years of their residency. Regular attendance while in course work is expected. All students in residence should register for the MI745 course each semester. Registering incurs no fees. And, when students have enrollment status, we can quickly send announcements about program changes as well as distribute electronic copies of any materials given by presenters. If you have not yet registered, go to the Registrar’s Office and sign up for it today. The focus of the seminar is on spiritual formation, community building, and development of academic skills such as scholarly research and writing, and integration of the various sub-fields of the discipline of missiology, including theology, mission history, evangelism, anthropology, religious studies, leadership, and church growth.
