Summary

This book (Vol. 2) is multi-authored monograph. It presents the results of the analysis of the materials obtained within interviewing 245 respondents representing Evangelical churches and organizations in Eurasia (in the former Soviet Union countries). Interviews were conducted as part of an international research project on the phenomenon of leadership among Evangelical Christians. The given scholarly publication is intended for everyone interested in theoretical and practical issues of Christian leadership in Eurasia.

In 2015-2017, Hodos Institute conducted a study of leadership among Evangelical Christians in Eurasia. The aim was to find out how believers in the European region and in the countries of Central Asia understand leadership and its formation. Using a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, and analysis) we found certain key factors to be lacking, which we propose should be emphasized in effective leadership formation programs in Eurasia.
