Christian mission and leadership in a broad sense encompasses a Christian’s daily life, including interaction with God and other people. For Christians, mission and leadership means following Christ as God’s co-workers who fulfill His will for His entire creation. The book provides fundamental and practical foundations for work within the post-Soviet Evangelical context. It addresses theoretical and practical questions on leadership, mission, calling, the connection between faith and work, spirituality in the workplace, etc. The book also presents the results of studies on the phenomenon of leadership in Evangelical communities in Eurasia and notions of young Christians regarding the relationship between faith, work and Christian mission in the workplace. Additionally, the book provides a description of various aspects of organizational leadership and basic recommendations for Christians who strive to fulfill Christian mission at work and desire to be effective, spiritual and moral agents in their professional activity.
The book is addressed to representatives of the international community who are interested in mission, leadership and Christianity in Eurasia. It may also be interesting for individuals involved in leadership development and who also interact and partner with Evangelical communities, particularly in Ukraine.
